Gila County is pleased to announce its planned opening of the Tonto Creek Bridge in June this year.  This multimodal transportation project includes the construction of the bridge over Tonto Creek with pedestrian and bicyclist facilities.  Additional improvements include improving deficient roadway geometry. GCSO Posse has been asked to participate with traffic and crowd control. The Pine Strawberry Arts and Craft Festival is a long running event that draws crowds from the Valley metro and surrounding areas. The need for traffic control and overnight security has been provided by GCSO Posse for many years and is staple for our organization. Active participation in this event is greatly appreciated by the festival organizers and vendors alike.

CPR and AED Training will be held at the American Legion 709 E State Hwy Payson AZ at 9:00 Am. David Burkhart from CPR Arizona will be the instructor for the event. This is a required certificate for Posse membership.
