Rim Country Chamber is sponsoring an event to advance public awareness of Gila County’s recreational and economic opportunities. Our membership to this organization provides us the means to strengthen existing relationships and forge new paths to community participation. Free to members, attendance is optional, and generally is an engaging occasion.

Payson Special Olympics Annual Torch Parade starts at Chapman Auto and proceeds down the Beeline Highway to Western Village on the South of Town. The athletes will be accompanied by Posse Units and Law Enforcement Officials. Please come and cheer these athletes on!

The GCSO Posse grant program will be presenting a check to Principal Patrick O’Donnell on Monday the 22nd of April. This grant will hopefully provide some financial assistance to the students and faculty of Young School as well as promote trust and understanding of the Sheriff’s Office in this wonderful community.
