GCSO Posse grant program will be presenting a check to Principal Katie Ast on the 18th of April.  As with Young School we hope this grant will provide some financial assistance to the students and faculty of Pine Strawberry School as well as promote trust and understanding of the Sheriff’s Office in this beautiful community.

3/11-13/2024

Offered by ICSAVE, this training offers classroom instruction for active shooter scenarios. Discuss tactical response of previous events and revised procedures and protocols. Second day includes hands on squad-based training in live action scenarios. Third day training surrounds Stop the Bleed emergency trauma medical procedures. This is an exceptional training opportunity. Lunch will provided each day. Come prepared to participate and learn.

CPR and AED Training will be held at the American Legion 709 E State Hwy Payson AZ at 8:00 Am. David Burkhart from CPR Arizona will be instructor for the event.
